What we collect
When you send the form under the gap scan, we save your email address, any note you add, which form you used, the time you sent it, and the scan: your role, workflow pain and tools, plus the scores, top gap, ranked fixes and summary the scan gave you. When you send the form on the home page, we save your email address, any note you add, which form you used and the time. That form doesn’t save a scan. We use what you send only to reply about an audit. The gap scan runs in your browser and isn’t saved unless you send it with the form under the scan.
Analytics
We use site analytics (PostHog) to count page views, see which pages and links readers use, and count finished scans (not what you type). Analytics does not record your name or email address, and we don’t attach your email to an analytics profile. It keeps a random visitor ID in a cookie and in your browser’s storage so we can tell a returning visitor from a new one. We do not use IP-based location.
Where it’s kept
What you send through these forms is stored privately with our host, Vercel, in Vercel Blob storage. We do not sell personal information.
Leaving the site
We don’t link to stores. If you click a link to another site, you’re on that site, under its privacy policy.
Removal
To ask us to remove anything we hold about you, email ops@aigapfix.com.
